Integrate Learn365 with Microsoft Entra ID

By integrating Learn365 with Microsoft Entra ID, you allow Learn365 to access user profiles and group data within your Microsoft Entra category.

This enables:

  • Adding Microsoft Entra users and user groups.

  • Automatically updating user and user group details.

 

Required role: Microsoft 365 global admin

Go to the Learn365 Admin Center → Global settings → LMS configuration → Microsoft 365 integrations → select Connect on the Entra ID tile.
